A ground floor tenancy of  70m2 has been leased at 177 Parnell Road, Parnell to an established Australian company starting a New Zealand office, on a 2 year lease.
It is evident there is strong enquiry for the smaller tenancies with annual rentals of around $25K-$30K per annum on shorter lease terms. Landlords are accommodating these shorter terms as companies have shorter business forecasts.
