Over the last few months I have experienced an increase in enquiry for shared offices and shorter term leases. As businesses look at their over heads to increase profits many are considering smaller offices with shared facilities. Tenants are looking to share in the use of meeting rooms, boardrooms and kitchen facilities, thereby sharing in the costs of these areas.  As staffing levels are reviewed, office space, now surplus to requirement can be leased out to another small operator on a short term lease. Many of the Corporate Real Estate companies don't deal with the smaller tenant market, so thats where I fit in! I am currently focusing on the small business market and assisting landlords with fitting out vacant office floors into smaller areas for these smaller tenants.
