Since being back on board from 10th January 2011 I am pleased to say that leasing enquiry has been steady, all coming from websites. The enquiry is genuine, from tenants wanting to commit to new premises for the New Year- resulting in 3 lease agreements being written and concluded in one week. Good quality office spaces are still being sort in the city and the fringe areas, with owners maintaining their asking rental rates. The only difference being that tenants are taking a shorter view on lease terms of a minimum of 2 years. Building owners are agreeing to these shorter lease terms with minimum resistance.
